 | Research Center for Sustainable PlasticsThe Sustainable Plastic Research Center was established at Incheon National University in 2021 with the support of the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy and Incheon Metropolitan City to build the foundation for materials, components, and equipment industries in the field of biobased and biodegradable plastics in Republic of Korea. The Center has established core facility center with expensive and highprecision analytical instruments to support the companies in biobased and biodegradable plastics. In addition, the center is making various efforts to establish and expand the domestic sustainable plastic industry, including hosting the Sustainable Plastic Global Conference, operating graduate program in biobased and biodegradable plastics and conducting joint research between industry and academia. |
